I jus placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 1-3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

Will I receive a tracking number?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

However, due to flight restrictions, dispatch may be taking a little longer, so please kindly allow extra time for shipping delays.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, skcustomized cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. 

NOTE:

1. Some packages may take longer time than the Estimated Delivery Time. Please feel free to contact us at support@skcustomized.com to confirm the status of your package.
2. Generally, there is no customs. And please note that skcustomized is not responsible for any customs charges that may apply.
3. Remote area delivery can cost more and take longer transit time (e.g.Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Balear Province, Las Palmas, etc)
